Paul has written this interesting and helpful treatise on leadership. I'm continuing to study it myself and use it to help the next generation of my organization make their transition into leadership. I can't recommend it highly enough!
It read like a dissertation. It was totally out of touch with the millennial generation and insulting to the seasoned professional.I felt like I was 13 being tutored by "Miss Manners". I hope this book doesn't become a prelude to a consulting job for the author.
